Water crisis | can it be solved ?
Once i was going to nehru place in new delhi. On traffic signal near Paras cinema hall i see that two young boys of age group of 8-10 year were carrying water in bottles on paperboard. when they crossed the road then 5-7 boys and girl rush to take their water bottle. I see that they were carrying only 4 bottles but they were more then 10 to claim bottles. So they start quarreling. Every buddy want to take bottle at any cost even they were not hesitating to kill anyone.
After 2 day i see a woman in devli area of new delhi was on TV channel and crying that are not getting water not even after 3-4 days. water taker is supplied at the gap of 3-4 days.
this is very worst situation. At one side i see lot of people waste water and on another side people are not getting even a single drop of water.
Water crisis is everywhere there no doubt on it. But what is the solution ?
some are the possible solution:
1. Use water sensibly do not waste it.
2. Water harvesting ( expensive method) must be consider for new design
But main issues are following i believe:
> Drinking water is very less and decreasing day by day
> Our population, which overusing our resources.
> Global warming and glaciers are melting.
I did not find any immediate solution accept not wasting water. I personally feel that population is the main cause of problem.
Less people > less use of natural resource > and Resources will be available for all of us.
